Any chance we lose players to the transfer portal during the NIT?
The transfer portal is currently open, and I was wondering if there is a chance we could end up losing some of our talent to the transfer portal, all the while we’re in a tournament. If we lose tonight, it won’t matter, but if we somehow win, I don’t think we can afford to lose anyone right now. Is there a chance we lose talent soon? Or will these men stick around if we can win tonight?

I doubt we lose anyone before or tonight during the NIT start. But I can see some leaving soon, especially if we lose tonight, because then they are free to do what they want.

Would be crazy if some of these guys decided to peace out elsewhere. If we lose tonight, expect some transfers pretty much right after or the day after. If we win, I think we retain most of our talent, but idk for how long.

Not today, but afterwards most likely.

I suppose it’s a possibility it could happen. We won last nights game, but our next is on the 23rd, and a lot can happen in those three days.

I think we’re going to be lucky and retain most of this crew, even if we end up losing Saturday against Iowa. I think most of these guys will stick around another season.

I hope not, but I know some of these guys will be transferring soon if not later. They might be waiting to see if we can land the NIT title, but if we lose, then expect a few transfers almost right away.

It’s inevitable, we can’t keep em all.

True, there will also be some unused players who will probably take the chance to leave.

I really hope they no one leaves while we’re in the NIT. Maybe we win it, maybe that results in some of these men sticking around another season. But I hope no one leaves until it’s officially over.

I think anyone wanting out, will do so after the NIT runs its course.
