Cameron Rising ranks #9 in ESPN list of top 10 college QBs
Cam nearly didn’t make the cut to be included in the top 10 best QBs in college football right now. He likely ranked so high because he didn’t play in 2023 and I think he has a lot to prove this season. If he did play in 2023 and it went our way, I bet he would have been top 5 easily.

That’s not bad placement at all. Out of all college players, ranking #9 is still pretty impressive.

I’d be happy with that placement. Dude was out for a season, so if he was in, I bet he would have been well within the top 5.

I’m happy with it as I’m sure he probably is too. I don’t think it matters much to Cam what number he ranks at. I just think he wants to win championships first and foremost.

Good, he’ll end up ranking higher once people see what he is capable of again this season.

Definitely an easy top 5 if he ends up taking this team to a Big 12 title game and wins it. May not be a threepeat, but it’s close enough.

He can easily rank top 5 if he plays good this season. Might even land top 3 if he can win the Big 12 title and go on to a NCAA title too.

That’s great list of talent to be among. Imagine what he could rank at the end of our first year in the Big 12.

#9 is not bad, especially since he sat a whole season. Must mean something to still rank this high and be out a whole season.
2024 is going to be a good year for Cam.

Yeah it is pretty impressive to make the list even when he was out the whole season. Makes sense though, because he could easily be a top 10 player this year.
