Can the Utes get to the Rose Bowl even if they lose the Pac-12 championship?
If the Utes end up losing the Pac-12 championship Friday, do they still have a chance to make it to the Rose Bowl?
If they win, they are going to the Rose Bowl. If they lose, it depends. USC might end up going to the college football playoffs, while that leaves the Rose Bowl open. It is said that Washington could get in instead. But we could still end up in a bowl game.
What are your thoughts on this? If we lose, can we make the Rose bowl?

Good question. I hope we don’t lose, but if we do, I hope we can still get into the Rose Bowl. My guess is we won’t, but you never know.
Even so, if we don’t get in, we’ll land another bowl game.

Nah, I think a loss on Friday means we go to one of the other available bowl games. I hope we can get this win. I want us to make it back to the Rose Bowl so bad.

From what I hear, it’s a no. I am worried the Utes will lose this Friday, but that doesn’t mean our season will be over. I hope it doesn’t come to that though, because I too want us to go to the Rose Bowl again, this time to win.

From the sounds of it, it’s probably going to be no. Washington will probably get our spot instead if we were to lose. I don’t know who would face them though.

Doesn’t look like they would, but I suppose it depends on what the rest of the college scene is doing right now. I suspect we won’t play the Rose Bowl if we lose against USC tomorrow.

They really do need this win to get in, otherwise I think it goes to Washington. The focus is on tomorrow though, they’ll worry about the Rose Bowl or the other Bowl games later.

You’re right. I hear there is a chance they could make it in, but it’s very slim. So, my hope is they get the win. I want them to head back to the Rose Bowl. They deserve it for how good they played this season.
