College football pay is going to get better for players thanks to new settlement
That being the House-NCAA settlement which will allow schools a base $20.5M they can share each academic year to their students. Not only that, but there is going to be back-pay for thousands of former players, so $2.8 Billion will be set aside for just that.
Really wonder how many past and present players are going to get a cut. This is great news for college football and college sports in general.

Wouldn’t this than mean that schools can fight for the best players essentially? Will certain schools get more money than others?

Well if all the big schools get the same funding, then I think it’d be fair. Just depends on how they use the money.
