Deseret News reported on what 3 transfers they think could make an impact for Utah in 2025, those three transfers are:
- Wayshawn Parker, RB
- Devon Dampier, QB
- Ryan Davis, WR
I really like the selection they went with. I definitely can see Dampier being our leader at QB. Would be great if Parker was the RB we need going forward. He has talent for sure and I think he can stand out from the others.
And we need a wideout who can step up. Maybe it’ll be Davis who is that for us.

I really have high hopes for Dampier, I can see him be good this year for us. I think we make a run with him.

These could be the top three in this offense.

This offense is going to be so good this year. Dampier leading them is going to be fun.

I really think Dampier is going to be one of the best QBs in the Big 12, maybe even all of college ball this year.

We need a running back who can step up, and I think Wayshawn Parker can be that.

I expect these three and the majority of these commits for 2025 to really step up for us. I really feel 2025 is the year we take the Big 12.
