Here’s how The Utes can still make the Pac-12 title game
With the recent loss to Oregon, The Utes likely will not be playing in the Pac-12 title game this year, but, it’s still possible, and here’s how. The article I am sourcing is from the Salt Lake Tribune, link below.

The Utes have a chance, but they need to first beat their last opponent, Colorado which should be an easy win for us. But, we also need some other teams to win in order for the Utes to make the championship game, those are:
1. UCLA must beat Cal on Friday
2. Oregon State must beat Oregon on Saturday
3. Washington must beat Washington State
4. And the Utes must win at Colorado

It’s a lot that needs to happen, but not an impossible one. Very easily these can happen, and if they do, we’re in. I hope we can do it. The first step is for the Utes to win their final game, and to hope these come true.

I think the only one I’m worried about is Washington must beat Washington State, that one could go either way. But I think the other two games should go in our favor, and our game should be an easy win.

It’s a tough one, and might not go the way we like. But I’m hopeful man. I want to see our Utes back there, but if not, I’ll survive.

I’m doubtful all of those will happen, but crazy things have happened before. I hope it comes to us making the title game, but if not, this was a great season no matter how it ends.

And the beauty in it, is that it’s a very real possibility that these happen and we go to the Rose Bowl. But if not, I’m not too bummed, because we’ll still be going to a Bowl game. Just won’t be the Rose Bowl.

I’m actually going to watch some of these games and cheer on the teams that need to win. Seriously, it’s that level of comittment right now for me.

I might too if I can find some time. And hey, football is football, and sometimes nice to see how others play. I’m going to wish these teams win so we can go in. Please make it happen captain!

Nah thanks. I don’t want to watch unless it’s the Utes playing. I don’t care for any of the other teams and honestly I’d rather hope the results go our way instead. If they don’t make it, that’s okay too. It’s not like I’ll lose sleep.

It’s possible they could make it in with these games going their way. I doubt it’ll happen, but I’m hoping for it.

I don’t know if these games will end the way we hope. I would like to see us make the Rose Bowl, but we have to rely on other teams to make it happen.
If it does end up happening as needed, that would be cool. A comeback for the ages.
