If Cam can’t play against Florida, will we lose?
Cam Rising is still questionable on whether he will be playing or not in the season opener, but most of us are hopeful he will be able to go. But if he doesn’t, we will have to play Barnes or Johnson at backup. I personally don’t know if we can win without Cam at the start. But I hope I am wrong.
How do you feel? If Cam can’t play, will it result in the Utes losing? Or will Barnes and company win big?

Nah I think Barnes or Johnson will be sufficient enough to get the win against Florida, but we will eventually need Cam back leading. I don’t expect him to miss more than one game though.

I think Barnes is capable enough to keep us in it, but I do worry about him starting the game. We’ll see though. My hopes are still for Cam to play, but who knows if he can go yet.

I don’t think we’d lose, but it will be a tougher game for us. I feel Barnes is competent enough to get us the win if Cam is unable to go. And we know Whittingham will want to put Johnson out there as well.
Rose might not be able to play either, so that’s another issue.

I don’t think the Utes lose without Cam. Not against Florida.

I’m hearing that Cam likely won’t be able to go and that Barnes may be the starter going into the Florida game. Which sucks, but we gotta make due with what we got now.

Yeah it sounds like he won’t be playing, but Barnes isn’t a slouch, he can get the job done, especially against the Gators.
