QB Sam Huard out for the season after surgery
The Utes have lost another talent for the year, and this time it’s backup QB Sam Huard, who underwent surgery for an undisclosed injury. It sucks to lose more players to injury, and especially Sam Huard who I guess was making strives to come back. He was made the 3rd QB on the depth chart, so he had potential to play before all of this.

That sucks. I thought he was going to get a shot to play this year. Guess that’s not happening now. So it’s between Wilson, Rose and Bottari now.

I didn’t expect him to play, but still sucks to see his season come to an end.

I think Huard would have been a great starter. I wanted to see him out there this season, but I guess that will have to wait.

I think so too. He has great potential to be a starter, but with Wilson in the front seat, Huard kinda gets pushed back. But, maybe next season we can see him maybe become the #2 QB on the team behind Wilson.

That sucks, I was kind of hoping he would get a chance to play with how Wilson and Rose has performed.

That’s one less QB we have on tap to help. Sucks because I thought he was going to be a possible starter for us. Now it’s probably between Wilson and Rose.
