So Dampier was supposed to be listed on injury report?
I’m hearing that Dampier was not on the injury report, but technically he is legally obligated to list if Dampier is injured even if he was intended to play. Whitt responded about it, saying the Dampier was limited in practice, but was always cleared to play this past weekend.
I feel like he is trying to skirt the rules a bit here, what do you think?

Yeah the Big 12 rules state he has to announce when a player has an injury, even if they are playing. I could see Whitt getting in trouble for this.

Yeah based on the new Big 12 rules, he was supposed to disclose any injuries, even if there is a chance they play.

Whitt is going to have to stop doing this, seems like he is trying to break the rules.

I think the Big 12 is going to force the Utes to be more transparent going forward.

Whitt doesn’t follow the rules. He will always find some loophole or something.

I still think the Utes are responsible for listing him as injured. At least from what I heard about the Big 12’s rules.

Sounds like the Big 12 doesn’t care about him doing this. At least nothing has come of it so far.
