Utah OC Andy Ludwig resigns after TCU loss, Mike Bajakian to take over
After the TCU loss this weekend, the Utes offensive coordinator Andy Ludwig decided to resign. Ever since the Utes have decided to make Mike Bajakian as their interim OC for the time being. He will also continue his role as the QBs coach and the primary play caller under coach Kyle Whittingham.

I don’t blame this season on him. He’s just been stuck with an offense that doesn’t work and injury prone players. If Cam was playing, I bet he wouldn’t have left.

Sucks to see Ludwig peace out, because I liked him. But I think Bajakian could be a worthy replacement.

Yeah read the news just a little bit ago. Was going to come here to post about it, but I see some one already did. Either way, I hate to see him leave, but I understand. He probably would have been fired otherwise.

After that loss, I’d say it was the right call. Our offense was getting nowhere.

I guess someone had to pay for the mistakes we’ve made, and it seems Ludwig took that distinction. But, I think it was the right call. I feel like Ludwig has been lacking in recent years, so maybe it was the right call to move on from him at the OC position.

Someone had to resign after that loss to TCU, wow how far this team has fallen.

idk, I feel like this could have waited, but who knows. Maybe the Utes will find success after all of this.

I had a lot of respect for Ludwig, but it’s clear we need to make some changes asap, maybe more than just him.
