Utah Ranks as best Big 12 team in Phil Steele’s preseason top 40
Well some good news here. After my last post, it looks like Phil Steele have the Utes as the #1 team in the Big 12. This is out of his preseason Top 40 list. Utes rank #8 on his list, the only Big 12 team in the top ten. Pretty cool.

That’s just the Utes for ya. They should be ranking high as usual.

Yeah they feel like a good lock for a Big 12 title win. They have enough going to where I think this team will be strong enough on offense and defense. Maybe we’ll get a surprise boost from our special teams as well.

Well good, we should be ranking good like this. I think we are one of the top contenders in the Big 12 this year, all thanks to our guys being healthy. As long as they can stay healthy, this team is #1 easily, or it’s very possible.
