Utah women’s basketball team moves hotels after racist incidents
This is no good. I’m hearing that Lynne Roberts said her team had to deal with racial hate crimes during their first round game against South Dakota State. It is alleged that people were throwing out the N-Word. Not only that, but it was directed at the team, cheerleaders and even some of the band.
It’s sad racism still is a problem. I thought we were better than this.

Utah coach Lynne Roberts said her team experienced a series of racial hate crimes after arriving at its first NCAA tournament hotel and was forced to change hotels during the event for safety concerns.
