Whittingham says we’re not done with the transfer portal
Whitt was recently on the Bill Riley show, mentioning that Utah wasn’t done with the transfer portal and believes that we could land another half-dozen players or so yet, maybe even up to 10 players. You can listen to the show here.

If we can get more offensive targets for Rising to play with, I will be happy. Another wideout or two and maybe some help with the o-line and the rest can go for the defense I think. I hope for 10 transfers, that’d be nice!

Who else is even in the portal that we can still get? Isn’t most of the great talent taken?

I sure hope we’re not done landing talents. Right now I think the Utes are in a good position, but they can obviously keep improving with good transfers. 🙂

Any news this weekend about transfers? It’s been quiet since Whitt talked about more coming in. I’d like to see at least one more wideout transfer, maybe some talented guards for our o-line and more.

I haven’t heard of anything, but that doesn’t mean something can’t happen this week or the following weeks. I’m sure we’ll hear some more news soon.

I’m sure we’ll land a few more talents before the portal closes or until there is no one left to pick up. I don’t know if we’ll be lucky and land 10 more, but I’d be okay with 5-6 or so.

Nothing new yet, getting tired of waiting for more transfer news.
